Mark Litchfield began his racing career in 1990, going on to claim nine British titles and establishing himself as one of the country’s most successful kart drivers. His father, Dave Litchfield, founded Litchfield Motorsport in 1994, bringing decades of engine-building mastery.
In 2017, Mark launched MLR, which quickly made its mark by securing the Junior and Senior O Plate on the same day at PF International. Three years later, MLR joined forces with Litchfield Motorsport to create MDL Motorsport - a collaboration that united Mark’s racing pedigree with Dave’s technical expertise.
Today, MDL Motorsport stands as a powerhouse in the competitive world of karting, bringing unrivalled knowledge to UK and European circuits and preparing drivers to compete at the very top of the sport.
